Dressing THE Bump :)
I feel very much ashamed that I didn’t post anything for almost a month, but whole this time I’m very much online, checking out other bloggers and getting bigger day by day – because yes, I’m expecting my first baby in the late Summer π !
My photographer Stela and I finally managed to coordinate our schedules and take some pictures in beautiful park “Δardin”Β in my hometown Split, for this first official pregnancy photo shoot, hope you’ll like it!

Dee in Wonderland
One of my all time favorite books is “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll. I got my first copy of this book for my 10th birthday – to this day is one of my favorite birthday presents π !
“Alice in Wonderland’ is full of quirky characters, each one adding a bit of humor and dimension to the story. When Alice falls down the rabbit hole she enters in magical world of Wonderland where she encounters various talking animals, including Cheshire Cat, Caterpillar, White Rabbit, and one very unusual Queen.The first character she meets is The White Rabbit – he reappears throughout the book and acts as Alice’s guide, which is amusing because he doesn’t seem to know even what time it is π !
The book is very complex and has a lot of symbolism conveyed through the characters and setting. Lewis Carroll intricately weaves a story using these characters to teach a lesson to children about growing up in an entertaining way. Each character teaches Alice something about life and growing up in a dangerous world.
“Alice in Wonderland” was a huge inspiration in music, movie and fashion industry and also became a source of inspiration to this little post –Β hope you’ll like it π !

Crazy Little Thing Called LOVE ! – second wedding anniversary
I love September – It is my favorite month…not because I celebrate my birthday at the end of the month….I love it because I married the love of my love on that wonderful day, September 8th 2012.Β π !
My husband Marko and I wanted our wedding day to be relaxed and full of laughter, dance, good food and good music and to be shared with our closest family and friends. After seven years of relationship, and basically growing up together, we knew that in our wedding day we must stay true to ourselves. We wanted the outdoor venue, and we were blessed with a beautiful weather that day. The whole wedding had a vintage vibe – when you see our outfits you will get the picture! My favorite color is green and the whole wedding theme was green and white. We both love to dance and our first dance as a married couple was our little rendition of “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by the group Queen – my all time favorite band.

Frida Forever
Frida Kahlo, the famous Mexican painter, was truly a definition of an empovered, beautiful, and a unique woman. She lived a life which consisted of many ups and downs, life of constant pain, enormous talent, and a will to live to the fullest. In her paintings she prefered a lot of patterns and colors, and her own personal style reflected that. Flowers in her hair, big golden earrings and necklaces, long ruffled skirts and her trademark unibrow made her a person to remember and admire. Today her self-portraits and paintings are widely recognised, and she is a constant inspiration to fashion designers.
I deeply admire her, and I love her work, her strength, and her fantastic fashion sense. I possess a lot of jewelry, but I often end up with one of my favourite pairs of earrings β a picture of Frida’s self-portrait with a thorn necklace and a hummingbird. When I put them on, I feel womanly, strong, and proud at the same time.
